Victoria and Joseph’s wedding at Belle Mer unfolded beside the water on one of those New England days made for being outside. Sailboats moved across the harbor as friends and family gathered for their outdoor Catholic ceremony, giving the entire celebration a distinctly coastal Rhode Island feeling.
